We’re looking for a Junior Brand Manager with a get-it-done attitude and a passion for content creation to join a fast-paced start-up environment. He/she will work towards building strong, lasting client relationships through the oversight and management of marketing activities for one or more brand accounts.


  • Effectively support assigned accounts to develop + execute innovative brand-building strategies for client projects based on brand objectives.

  • Write, edit and produce branded content across multimedia channels, and work with Senior Brand Managers to ensure content hits a similar voice and tone time after time.

  • Build out weekly + monthly editorial calendars to present to key stakeholders, implement client feedback and upload, format + share content across relevant platforms.

  • Anticipate + implement all client assigned marketing campaign activities, including but not limited to advertising, event management, digital marketing, social media engagement and PR + communications.

  • Track + monitor budgets with an eye towards maximising gains and reducing costs.

  • Brief creatives on asset requests and manage project teams.

  • Assist with client-facing projects including project presentations, delivery, feedback + more.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ work experience.

  • Digitally savvy; must be proficient in Google, Mac OS and Microsoft Office suite.

  • Bonus: Google AdWords/Analytics, Adobe, videography or photography.

Salary + Benefits
The salary range is between CI$32,000 – CI$42,000, with 15-days paid vacation, premium health insurance and pension.
